1. Who can you contact?
For privacy questions about the Lebilix project, use privacy@replyon.ai. General contact details appear in our legal notice. The full legal identification of the operator and data controller remains to be finalised before public launch.
2. The data used and why
- Your visit
- A visitor identifier lets you return to your searches and preferences in this browser and helps prevent abusive use of trials. It does not replace an account for accessing your data across devices.
- Searches and preferences
- Messages, answers, selections, dates, city, budget and stated preferences are used to provide and retrieve searches. Choices you ask us to remember personalise recommendations. This processing provides the requested service; preferences remain optional and can be deleted.
- Demo confirmations
- Your selection, entered details and the date are saved so you can revisit the requested journey. Use fictional information. No payment is processed and no request is sent to a business.
- Waitlist
- Email, interest, sign-up date and consent version are saved on the basis of your consent to receive Lebilix updates. Your chosen language and the welcome email sending status are also stored. Your email and agreement are required to join; joining is optional. You can withdraw your sign-up at any time.
- Protecting the service
- Counters limit repeated requests and abuse. They use a visitor identifier and a network address hash when available. Their basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the service. An IP hash is pseudonymised data, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Do not enter payment details, identity documents, passwords or sensitive information. Joining the waitlist is separate from your trial.
When a welcome email is sent, Resend receives your email address and the message content to send it.
3. Personalisation and providers
Your criteria, preferences and recent exchanges help personalise recommendations. You retain the choice: no purchase or booking decision is executed automatically.
OpenAI processes the information needed for recommendations and searches. OpenAI and Cloudflare provide technical and hosting services. The operator can access data needed for administration and to handle your requests. Photo hosts receive technical information needed to load images, including your IP address. Your conversations are not published.
Processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States. The operator must specify applicable contractual transfer safeguards before public launch.
4. Retention
Conversations, preferences and confirmations remain in your space until deleted. A waitlist entry is deleted when you withdraw.
The language preference is kept for one year and the visitor identifier for thirty days. Automatic deletion periods for saved information and security records remain to be finalised before public launch.
5. Exercise your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent to updates at any time without affecting earlier processing.
- Preferences and conversations: deletion controls in “My preferences” in the assistant.
- Confirmations: deletion control in “My simulated confirmations”.
- Waitlist: removal link provided at sign-up, or the privacy contact if you have lost it.
